Project Terms
Installation, Access & Finishes
Project durations are estimates and can vary depending on surface condition, drying times, access, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and overall project complexity. Delays caused by site conditions outside our control may affect completion dates.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, clear working areas, and the availability of utilities where required. We may pause or reschedule work where site conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
Microcement is a hand-finished decorative surface. Minor tonal variation, movement in the substrate, and natural texture differences can occur and form part of the character of the finished installation.
Payments, Liability & Cancellations
Payment terms will be set out in your quotation or invoice and must be met in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in delays or suspension of work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambridge Microcement shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability in relation to services supplied shall be limited to the amount paid for those services. Cancellation or postponement at short notice may incur charges where materials, labour, or scheduling commitments have already been made.
